Forty Plus Footy is Maryland’s premier co-ed indoor soccer league for players 40 and up who still love the beautiful game but aren’t looking to relive their glory days at full throttle.

 

Our style is simple: move the ball, keep it clean, and enjoy the run. No keeping score, no contact, just balanced teams, friendly competition, and a league built for staying fit without getting wrecked. With three different levels of play, we've got something for everyone!

• FRIDAY FOOTY | 6pm - 7pm

Getting back into the swing of things? Just want a run without the pressure? Friday's game is pure pick-up!

• MONDAY / TUESDAY LEAGUE | 7pm - 10pm

The perfect blend of casual fun and structured, balanced games--just be ready to run harder and faster!

• THURSDAY LEAGUE | 7pm - 9pm

Our highest level, invite-only league. More technical skill, higher pressing, less time on the ball. You'll want to be fit for this one!
