League Rules

1. Minimum player age is 40
   

2. No player contact

3. No tackles from behind

4. No slide tackles

5. No 50-50 balls--when facing a weaker player, just contain them

6. No contested headers

7. Shots must be controlled and below waist height

8. Play stops if a player falls

9. Players must sub out after a hard foul

10. A 2nd hard foul gets you kicked from the game

11. Repeated rough play means a suspension or you get kicked from the league

12. No offsides rule

13. Back-pass rule is in effect

14. Anyone can call a foul

15. Players must wear turf shoes or flats, no cleats or studs, shin guards are optional

16. Team rosters are adjusted each season to maintain balance between teams.
